PHYSICAL FITNESS CENTER
Hours are 7 am - 10 pm.
Equipment is in Paradise Bay exercise room (pool) and is open for all who have a FOB. A full complement of fitness equipment is available. Instruction is available on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10 am with someone available to instruct you on how to use the equipment.
Reminders: Of course, use of machinery, wipe down after use, turn off lights and music when leaving, share equipment in a timely manner if it is busy..and our little gym will last.
