A Big Thank You to everyone that attended our Frank and Bean dinner. The boating and fishing club appriciaties your support of this long running tradition in the park.
A Great Big Thank You to all the volunteers that made this event a success, including tickets sales people, kitchen volunteers, dinning room staff, and especialy Fast Eddie for his uplifting tunes.
We had a cash drawing with two winning tickets of $131. Wayne Hasek was present for first ticket winner drawn, second ticket winner was not present, number is 254038. To claim your $131 dollars contact Kevin at 941 920 3600.

Coast Guard will be doing our Boating and Fishing Club boat inspections Saturday January 27th at 8am. Meet at the waterfront by docks, make sure your safety gear is up to date, fire extinguishers, flares, running lights operational and life jackets on boat etc.
Boat does not have to be in water to get inspected. The Coast Guard will inspect boats in water first then boat in the boat yard.

The one day fishing tournament scheduled this week is being canceled due to high winds and rain in the weather forecast. We will reschedule it in January and have 2 one day contests that month.
