“FUN FITNESS”
CLASSES AT PB REC HALL
1. Happy, feel good, upbeat music
2. Moving
3. Positive vibes
4. And finding your inner Rock Star
This is the “FUN FITNESS” class for you!
Come for fun and move what you can!
We will be moving, some dancing. We will be using free
weights (hand held) which PB already has a nice supply
of them. We will do a work out to a song and then the
next song we will be working a certain muscle group
with the weights. I will instruct before we start a song
on Low impact moves or you can kick it up a notch for
high impact, do what works for you, totally up to you. It
is going to be so…….FUN!!!

P.S. No one is going to mess up more than ME! Ha
Bring Water, mat and 1lb weighted gloves (not
necessary). We use latex bands.
