“Count Your blessings with Candles and Let Your Light Shine”. Save gallon-size milk/water jugs NOW.
Place them at corners of your driveway on Sunday, Christmas Eve, December 24, around 6:00 PM, light your candles and enjoy the view! Everyone is in charge of their own driveway, or work with your neighbors on your street. Those who want to use white bags and battery candles please use only large battery candles. Look for dirt for jugs or bags at the Maintenance Bldg. on west side of Sarasota Bay RV Park.
Candles: Votive (match-lit type) candles can be found at Dollar Tree, Walmart, Hobby Lobby, etc. Don’t delay, Get your supplies today! Use one candle per jug or bag. Be sure to take the top OFF the jug, it serves as a chimney. If using white bags get only battery candles, please. Match-lit candles can ignite the paper bags and are a fire hazard.
