Treasurer, Wendy Graf, reported that we have a balance of $10,375 in our account.

Peggy still needs help for the Christmas Eve open house from 1-3. If she does not get help, this will be the last one. It is too much work for just one or two people.

John Mattei will again do the Italian dinner on February 23. Thanks, John!

Bingo donated $500 to Activities.

Bayfest, March 2 will be an all day affair with the parade starting at 9:00.

Bible study starts January 10 from 10 to 11.

Our next Activities meeting will be Dec 31, NOT Dec 24.

There were 12 vendors at our craft show. $65.00 was given to Activities from proceeds of rental fees. Next craft show is Feb 2. The Bloodmobile will be here again on Feb 2. The library made $75.00 at the show.

16 tables for Christmas dinner have already been assigned. Last sign up will be next Monday at the coffee hour.

In January the Activities Committee will decide if we want to buy battery operated candles for the luminaries for the entire park.

Bocce has a team meeting on January 7 and play starts Jan 9th.

Have January newsletter information to Joyce by this Wednesday or send it by e-mail.

Euchre tonight at 6:30.

The ladies friendship will have it’s first luncheon this Wed at 12:30. We did quite well at the lunch and bake sale and we will consider what charities to support this year.

Brenda would like help to put up a new historical display and sort through pictures and documents that have been given to the committee.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:15a.m.
